Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days from the date you contact Restorers Limited or after 7 days of receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Deemed delivery date will be 4 working days from date of posting. Cancellation is only deemed served on the company if sent using one of the methods listed below on this page.

In the unlikely event that the your package arrives damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged. If you sign to say that they are received in good condition we must assume that they were in good condition when delivered or you have confirmed acceptance of the goods in this damaged condition and we will not be able to rectify any fault how so ever caused or make any payments of compensation. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email help@prorestorers.co.uk or telephone 01482 606864 or else a damage claim may not be possible. Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement you will be asked to return the goods in their original packaging (where possible) to our address (see Below or Contact Us Page ). In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse.

As with all drying towels you only wash a drying towel when its actuarially dirty, so you don’t need to wash the reaper after every use as you should only be drying a clean car, drying a dirty car causes scratches and marring.
For ultimate results its always best to wash drying towels before use for the first time, wash as normal, do not use softeners or any detergents that can cause streaking to appear. Allow the reaper to dry naturally, do not force dry on a radiator or in a tumble dryer.
