In the unlikely event that the your package arrives damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged. If you sign to say that they are received in good condition we must assume that they were in good condition when delivered or you have confirmed acceptance of the goods in this damaged condition and we will not be able to rectify any fault how so ever caused or make any payments of compensation. In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse.
