Most items can be shipped out within a couple of days. more complex designs may take a little longer due to the special requirements.
If you discuss your order with us, we can give a more accurate timescale.
We use UKmail / DHL to ship all orders. These are always tracked deliveries and take 1-2 days to arrive once shipped.
You can buy in bulk, naturally, there will be a bulk discount available depending on quantities. Please speak to us about your order.
Yes. We can provide custom items for you. There may be a small premium charge for this due to the extra time and attention that your order requires.
You can send artwork to us by email: sales@carsanddonuts.com
Please include any order details. We will then advise if the artwork is suitable or if it needs to be edited.
There may be a small design fee for unique designs. This can be discussed with us before you place your order.
For images, ideally: 300dpi.
Logos should be a high quality PDF or vector format.
Any text in logos should be converted to outlines.
For print purposes, please supply artwork in CMYK.
Yes we can. We can dye logos onto PU/faux leather.
In some cases we can go directly onto leather and fabric depending on the type of material.
Yes we can create custom patches. These are printed onto a patch, then stitched onto your chosen item.

Payment, Returns, Orders
For most items, you can simply place an order using our website. We will then discuss any requirements with you.
If this is a generic item, you have 14 days to return your item, unused, in the original packaging and condition to us.
For custom or personalised items, unless faulty, no refund will be available.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your delivery with UKmail/DHL.
